Elderly woman dies after allegedly being run over by husband in St .Thomas – IRIE FM

An elderly woman died after she was run over by a car allegedly driven by her husband in St. Thomas on Sunday.

Dead is 85-year-old Esmine Goulbourne of Alexander Boulevard, Retreat.

Reports are that at about 1:30 p.m., Goulbourne was accidentally struck by the vehicle while she was opening a gate to allow it to pass.

Goulbourne was assisted to hospital, where she later succumbed while being treated.
