Residents have mounted roadblocks in Catherine Hall near the Mega Mart in Montego Bay, St. James.
They are reportedly frustrated over the consistent flooding in the area.
Commanding Officer for the St. James Police, Senior Superintendent Eron Samuels said motorists should expect delays.
