A 19-year-old man accused of chopping his brother to death as well as wounding his mother and another brother during a domestic dispute in St. Elizabeth last week has been charged
Lorenzo Williams is facing charges of murder and wounding with intent.
The charges relate to the death of 21-year-old Travis Williams of Stephenson Town.
Reports are that on Saturday, June 13, Lorenzo was at home with family when an argument developed.
Lorenzo reportedly became enraged and used a machete to chop Travis all over his body.
It is also alleged that Lorenzo used the machete to inflict chop wounds on his mother and 14-year-old brother.
The police were called, and the wounded persons were taken to the hospital, where Travis was pronounced dead, while the mother and younger brother were admitted for treatment.
A court date is being arranged.
