“There is no discussion or agreement with the United States to accept convicts.
National Security Minister, Dr. Horace Chang made the declaration during this morning’s post-Cabinet press briefing at Jamaica House.
It comes amidst widespread public discourse, and a call from the opposition for clarity regarding the Memorandum of Understanding with the United States to accept Third-Country Nationals (TCN’s).
Dr. Chang sought to clarify the signed TCN agreement.
