State Minister for Industry, Investment and Commerce Delano Seiveright is leading a week-long Jamaican export and investment mission to Ireland and the United Kingdom aimed at expanding export opportunities.
Mr. Seiveright who departed the island on Saturday said the mission is also aimed at deepening commercial partnerships and advancing strategic investment discussions for Jamaica.
Private sector entities participating in the mission include major food and beverage companies actively seeking to expand international partnerships and market access.
Mr. Seiveright said he will also hold bilateral meetings with several senior government officials from Ireland and the UK.
