Works Minister notes concern about inequity in provision of space in urban areas for vulnerable Jamaicans to live

Speaking at the recent Caribbean Urban Forum, Mr. Morgan pointed out that the quality of a person's urban life depends on where they live.He cited as examples Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Catherine and St. James as parishes where there is a divide between communities that were planned and ordered, and communities that developed without adequate planning.
