The quick action of the St Elizabeth Police led to the recovery of a Toyota Mark X motorcar that was stolen on Thursday, September 19, in Coker district in the parish.
Reports are that at about 6:30 am, police acting on information conducted an operation in New Building area where the vehicle was found in bushes.
The lawmen also found several vehicle keys, licence plates, road licenses as well as parts belonging to varying vehicle.
They have since theorized that the area was being used as a place to scrap and store stolen motor vehicles.
No one was arrested in relation to the incident.
The lawmen are still investigating.
