Franzie Bailey

Forty-six-year-old Franzie Bailey, otherwise called ‘Otis’, ‘Comic’ or ‘Tall Man’, a mason of Victoria district, Gloucester, Clarendon, has been missing since Monday, November 25.

He is of dark complexion, slim build and about 185 centimetres (six feet one inch) tall.

Reports from the May Pen police are that about 8:30 am, Bailey was last seen in Inglewood in the parish wearing a plaid shirt and brown jeans pants.

He has not been seen or heard from since then.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Franzie Bailey is being asked to contact the May Pen police at 876-986-2208, the 119 police emergency number, or the nearest police station.
