Jamaicans reminded to stay hydrated as country experiences high temperatures

As the country experiences high temperatures, health officials are reminding Jamaicans to stay hydrated.
Parish Programme Specialist for Occupational Safety and Health at the St. Mary Health Department, Marchette Morgan is urging the public to be cautious about what they consume during this period of extreme heat.
She also warns against leaving pets and children locked inside vehicles and encouraged vigilance for persons showing symptoms of heat-related illnesses.
