Granville Councillor Micheal Troupe welcomes development in investigation of Latoya Bulgin’s death

Councillor for the Granville Division in St. James, Michael Troupe has welcomed the development in the investigation of Latoya Bulgin’s death.
Police Constable Andrew Wilson was charged with murder today.
He was remanded into custody and will return to court on June 16.
There was widespread condemnation and demonstration following the fatal shooting which was captured by CCTV cameras.
Speaking with IRIE FM News, Mr. Troupe said he is impressed by how swiftly the matter has been handled.
He also noted that he has been seeing an increase in the number of police officers in St. James wearing body-worn cameras since the incident.
