The Manchester police have launched a probe into the death of an unidentified man, after his body was found under a pear tree this morning.
The incident occurred at a residential premises on Coke Drive in Mandeville.
Reports are that at about 8:50 a.m. the owners of the premises went into the yard and saw the man lying on the ground.
He was dressed in a red merino, green pull over shirt and a pair of grey sweat pants.
A broken tree limb as well as a crocus bag containing some avocados were seen beside him.
The police were alerted and the body removed to the morgue.
