PM Holness urges Jamaicans to not be afraid to build

Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness has urged Jamaicans to not be afraid to build.

He lamented that for far too long, people seemed to avoid taking on large scale infrastructure projects.

Dr. Holness expressed hope that the Kingston Harbour Walk Project will serve as inspiration for other such undertakings in the future.

He was speaking yesterday at the signing ceremony for the project.

He also stressed the importance of planning and compliance with regulations to building infrastructure.
