Administrative Professional of the year urges those entering the field to embrace technology and perform well
As Administrative Professionals Day is celebrated today, All-Island Administrative Professional of the year Phyllicia Ramdial is urging those seeking to enter the field to embrace technology and deliver their best performance at all times.
Ms. Ramdial who is an Administrative Coordinator in the Security and Safety Department at the Port Authority of Jamaica was recognised at the 50th staging of the Jamaica Association of Administrative Professionals Award Ceremony.
It was held in Runaway Bay St. Ann on Sunday March 29.
Ms. Ramdial says she is honoured to have copped the award.
She stressed that administrative professionals keep organisations running and urged those seeking to serve in the capacity to remain true to the goal.
The theme for Administrative Professionals Day 2026 is “Administrative Professionals, the Heart of Every Organisation”.
