DJ Banka speaks on gratitude in dancehall

DJ Banka has joined the ongoing conversation among selectors online about entertainers not always showing gratitude.

During his Road to Success interview with Kshema Francis on the Easy Skankin show on Thursday, the selector shared his perspective, saying some entertainers believe selectors need them but they do not necessarily need selectors.

DJ Banka, who previously served as a Vendetta selector for Alkaline, also spoke about his next chapter in the music industry. While he continues to make his mark behind the turntables, the selector says he is now focused on expanding his portfolio to include music production.
