JSE suspends trading in Kintyre Holdings and Atlantic Hardware & Plumbing Company due to overdue financial statements

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) is advising the investing public that it has suspended trading in the shares of Kintyre Holdings (Ja) Limited and Atlantic Hardware & Plumbing Company Limited, effective July 1.
This is pending the submission of their December 31, 2025, audited financial statements, which were due on March 31, 2026.
The JSE noted that according to the Junior Market Rule Appendix 2, Part 4(2) (e) – Audited Financial Statements, “companies with audited financial statements which are ninety (90) days overdue, shall have trading in their shares suspended until the reports are submitted to the Exchange.”
