Seven-time champions Excelsior High earned a 2-2 draw on the road against Jamaica College (JC) at JC on matchday 10 of the ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup football competition on Thursday.

Excelsior, who netted twice in five minutes after falling behind 1-0, appeared set for a surprise win until Dyllan John equalized for JC in the 88th minute. John had initially put JC ahead in the 50th minute, but Kimarly Scott quickly responded for Excelsior three minutes later. Damarley Williams then gave the visitors a 2-1 lead in the 58th minute, which they held until the closing stages.

Despite dropping two points, JC - the winningest school in the competition with 31 titles - remain at the top of Zone F with seven points from three matches, just one point ahead of Ascot High, who edged Pembroke Hall 1-0 in the first match of the doubleheader at JC. Oshawny Facey's 62nd-minute strike secured Ascot's second win in three games.

Excelsior now sit third in the five-team zone with four points from two games, while Pembroke Hall, still searching for their first points, remain winless after two defeats, including a 9-0 loss to JC in their opener.

In Zone E, Wolmer's Boys continued their dominant run with an 8-0 thrashing of St Mary’s College at Mico University College. The win extends Wolmer's lead at the top of the table to three points, with nine from three games. St Mary's, on the other hand, slipped to fourth with just one point from two matches.
