This Christmas, we feature Alveta Knight, the Honorary Consul for the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in Jamaica—a seasoned diplomat and passionate storyteller. Knight also brings her unique blend of Bahamian roots and Jamaican influences to the kitchen.

Having first come to Jamaica to attend the Norman Manley Law School, Knight has spent over a decade bridging cultures, while offering warm hospitality to both Bahamians and Jamaicans.
