The St. Catherine man found in the company of most wanted fugitive, Glendon “Bull” Amos, last year was sentenced to time served and released by the court.
Dean Dawson had been in custody since January 2025.
When he appeared before the St. Catherine Parish Court, he was found guilty and sentenced to 18 months in prison.
Defence Attorney, Teddison Maye-Jackson, noted that the court took into consideration the fact that Dawson had already been in custody for over 18 months.
He said his client is satisfied with the outcome of the case.
