Owners of restaurant and bar on Ward Avenue, Mandeville counting losses following fire this morning

Two business owners on Ward Avenue in Mandeville, Manchester, are counting their losses after fire gutted their establishments this morning.
Firefighters reportedly received a call at about 4: 15 AM that the Newsman Fry Chicken Restaurant and the No Traction Chill Spot bar were on fire.
The blaze was extinguished shortly after 6 AM.
Owner of Newsman Fry Chicken, Adeka Miller, said the loss is estimated at $10 million.
The restaurant was opened one month ago.
Mr. Miller lamented that he and his four employees are unsure of the way forward.
The cause of the fire has not been established.
Investigations continue.
