Three cases brought by the Jamaica Beach Birthright Environmental Movement (JaBBEM) related to beach access are to come before the courts this week.
JaBBEM President Dr. Devon Taylor made the disclosure yesterday.
According to Dr. Taylor, the first appearance will be today in the St. Ann Parish Court in relation to the Mammee Bay prescriptive right case.
He said on Thursday, JaBBEM will return to the St. Ann Parish Court in relation to a ruling on additional opening days for Little Dunn’s River in Ocho Rios.
On Friday, the trial for customary rights to the Blue Lagoon begins at the Portland Parish Court.
