3 men accused of robbing and shooting pump attendant in Kingston urged to surrender immediately

The police have urged three men accused of robbing and shooting a pump attendant at a gas station on Deanary Road in Kingston to surrender immediately.

The wounded woman has been hospitalised in serious condition.

A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

In the video, a Toyota Probox motorcar pulled up to the pumps, then the attendant collected money from an occupant, opened the tank on the car and turned on the pump.

Three men, one of them armed with a handgun, then alighted from the vehicle, taking an undetermined sum of cash from the attendant.

When the woman attempted to run, she was shot.

The men escaped in the car.

The police said the suspects are also being sought in connection with a series of other robberies in the corporate area.

The men are being asked to turn themselves in to the Hunts Bay Police Station.
