Detectives from the Centre for the Investigations of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are seeking the public’s assistance to locate a witness who is vital to a case that is presently before the Home Circuit Court.
The witness is Vivia Clarke, whose last known address is Renfield Terrace, Kingston 20.
Clarke is scheduled to appear before the court on Monday, May 20.
