Cops search for man who ran leaving 57 rounds of ammo in New Haven Loop Jamaica

Police officers assigned to the St. Andrew North Division seized 57 rounds of ammunition in New Haven, St Andrew, on Tuesday, February 13.

Reports from the Duhaney Park police are that at about 10:10 pm, a police team was on patrol in the area when a man was seen along a gully acting in a manner that aroused their suspicion.

Upon seeing the police, the man ran and left behind a bag containing the ammunition – fifty-five (55) .380 cartridges, one .40 cartridge, and one .45 cartridge.

Investigations continue.
