Edward Seaga Infant School community in mourning following murder of 3-year-old student Jayce Pinnock
A sombre mood hung over the Edward Seaga Infant School in Kingston today as scores gathered to remember 3-year-old student Jayce Pinnock, who was murdered at the weekend.
Jayce was shot and killed by gunmen during a home invasion in Denham Town on Saturday.
His father and 8-year-old brother were wounded in the incident.
Member of Parliament for Western Kingston Desmond McKenzie, Jayce’s mother and members of the police force visited the toddler’s school today.
They met with school officials and teachers.
Mr. McKenzie who announced a 600,000 dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible vowed that the perpetrators of the gruesome killing will be pursued.
Meanwhile, Jayce’s mother said she has been receiving a lot of support but noted that her son’s murder has affected the entire family.
