Popular vlogger, Jhaedee “Jaii Frais” Richards and music producer Jahvel “Jahvy” Morrison are to return to the Gun Court on October 28.
Richards’ attorney, Isat Buchanan told IRIE FM News that the matter was mentioned when the men appeared before the court yesterday.
The two were charged in connection with a shooting incident that wounded 3 men including Richards at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre in St. Andrew on April 12.
The confrontation between the individuals at the post-Carnival Big Wall event escalated resulting in the discharge of firearms.
Morrison was charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, wounding with intent and using a firearm to commit a felony.
Meanwhile, Richards was charged with shooting with intent, wounding with intent and possession of a prohibited weapon.
The men were each granted a $1.5 million bail on April 24.
They remain on bail under conditions requiring them to surrender their travel documents, report to the police three times a week, observe a 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew and refrain from commenting on the case on social media.
