“We’re sorry!” – Atlantic Hardware & Plumbing says future financial statements will be on time after JSE lifts trading suspension

Atlantic Hardware & Plumbing Company Limited has pledged to disseminate future financial statements in a timely manner.
The commitment comes after the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) advised investors this morning that it had lifted the suspension of trading in the junior company’s shares.
The suspension was imposed on July 1, after the company failed to submit audited financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2025. They were due on March 31, 2026.
Speaking with IRIE FM News, the company’s Managing Director, Deanall Barnes, noted that the entity’s change from a local audit firm to a global “big four” accounting firm has led to extensive and timely accounting actions.
Mr. Barnes said this delay will not happen again.
