Teen arrested following fatal stabbing of father in St. Elizabeth

A teen has been taken into police custody following the stabbing death of his 53-year-old father, in love Lane District, Mountainside, St. Elizabeth yesterday.

The deceased has been identified as Gary Allwood of Love Lane District.

Police reports are about 1:59 PM, the two had a dispute, during which a pair of scissors and a knife were used to stab the father.

The wounded man was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The teen was arrested.

Investigations continue.
